China Go is operated by Pengshuoxinmou, registered in China as 上海鹏烁新眸科技有限公司, and trading as China Go. Our business address is Room 1001, 10th Floor, No. 173 Guangji Road, Hongkou District, Shanghai, China (centralized registration address).

We are the controller of personal data collected through China Go.

Data we collect and why

We may collect account information, planning inputs, saved itineraries, support messages, subscription status, device information, IP addresses, session identifiers, usage logs, and security diagnostics.

We use this data to provide the service, authenticate users, generate and save itineraries, manage subscriptions, provide support, prevent fraud, maintain security, meet legal obligations, and improve the product.

Our legal bases may include performing our contract with you, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, consent where required, and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing and international processing

We share data only as needed with providers for hosting, authentication, databases, maps, analytics, support, and payment processing; with professional advisers; or with authorities where legally required.

Paddle independently processes payment and transaction data as merchant of record. China Go does not receive or store full card details.

Providers may process data outside your country using safeguards required by applicable law.

Retention and security

We retain data only while needed to provide the service, meet legal, security, support, and audit requirements, or resolve disputes. Data is deleted or anonymized when no longer required.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including access controls and encryption, to protect personal data.

Your rights and cookies

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing. You may withdraw consent and complain to your local data-protection authority.

We use essential cookies for sign-in, sessions, security, and core product functionality. Optional cookies, if introduced, will follow applicable consent requirements.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to measure whether visits to public China travel content lead to planner actions, itinerary previews, account conversion, and successful trip saves.

Analytics events contain public page paths, public content slugs, normalized referral sources, destination pack identifiers, trip-day and interest counts, and controlled outcome categories. We do not send itinerary text, search or prompt text, precise travel dates, email, name, passport or phone details, account or trip identifiers, authentication tokens, or internal research fields.

We use Basic consent. Google Analytics does not load, set analytics cookies, or receive measurements before you choose Allow analytics. Essential authentication and security cookies remain separate from this optional choice.

You can reject analytics or withdraw permission at any time through Privacy choices. After withdrawal, we stop new analytics events and remove the analytics cookies available to this site.

Google Analytics user and event data is retained for 2 months. De-identified monthly aggregate reports may be retained for 13 months. Advertising features, Google Signals, User-ID, automatic page views, and enhanced measurement are disabled.
