Sign in to save your itinerary, then return to it in My trips. You can preview a plan before creating an account.
What you can do today
- Plan around your interests
- Turn your dates and preferences into an English itinerary. The planner uses available destination content and route checks; it flags incomplete plans when there is not enough reliable information.
- Find inspiration in roadbooks
- Read curated routes with an editorial point of view. Use a roadbook as a starting point, then review your inputs in the planner before generating your own itinerary.
- See where your stops are
- View available stop locations on a map alongside your itinerary. Maps are for trip reference, not turn-by-turn navigation or live traffic guidance. Missing map information is shown as a limitation.
- Return to saved trips
- Sign in to save and reopen your itinerary. Trips you have already saved remain available to read even when you do not have Pro or have used your free allowance.

Choose from 50 supported destinations in China. Content depth varies by destination: being supported does not mean every place, opening time, or route is fully documented.
Each plan covers one destination at a time. Some destination areas include neighboring cities; the planner does not create an arbitrary multi-city journey across China.
Start with our guides to Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, or Guilin and Yangshuo, or choose your destination in the planner.
China Go is self-service planning software. We do not book transport, accommodation, tours, or tickets, or arrange visas or insurance. Verify important opening hours, entry requirements, prices, and transport details with official providers before you travel.

Our aim is to share Chinese traditional culture and help people around the world understand China through travel—with useful context, practical experience, and clearer information.
A personal note from a team member in Beijing
I have helped more than 100 guests from China and abroad plan their travels. After earning a master's degree in Boston, I returned to China with a wish to share more of its traditional culture and help people around the world get to know it.
For anyone curious about visiting, I want to offer useful experience and practical information—so you can find your own direction and avoid being led astray by misleading information.
We maintain published roadbooks as editorial content and use structured destination information to build plans. Travel details can change; our goal is to make uncertainties visible and help you know what to double-check.
