How to request a refund for a Web subscription.
Refund requests
You may request a refund for a purchase within 14 days of the transaction date.
This policy follows the Paddle Refund Policy for purchases processed by Paddle as merchant of record.
How to request a refund
Use the support link in your Paddle receipt, visit paddle.net, or email tangjuanli9@gmail.com with your Paddle transaction reference.
Paddle processes refunds as merchant of record. Refunded amounts are returned to the original payment method.
