Seller and acceptance

China Go is operated by Pengshuoxinmou, registered in China as 上海鹏烁新眸科技有限公司, and trading as China Go ("we", "us"). By accessing or using China Go, you agree to these Terms.

Our business address is Room 1001, 10th Floor, No. 173 Guangji Road, Hongkou District, Shanghai, China (centralized registration address).

Service

China Go is self-service itinerary planning software. It provides structured itinerary generation, revisions, saved trips, exports, and map-assisted viewing. We do not sell or arrange travel bookings, tickets, accommodation, tours, or human travel-advisory services.

The service supports defined destination coverage and does not promise nationwide high-quality coverage. Travel plans, maps, budgets, opening-time information, and recommendations may be incomplete or inaccurate; maps are not navigation-grade. Verify important information with official sources before relying on it.

Accounts and acceptable use

You are responsible for your account credentials and the information you submit.

You must not use the service unlawfully, commit fraud or spam, infringe intellectual property rights, distribute malware, scrape private areas, probe security controls, or bypass product limits.

Intellectual property

China Go retains ownership of the software, documentation, content, branding, and related intellectual property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under your plan.

Payments and subscriptions

During controlled live acceptance, checkout is limited to approved acceptance accounts.

Weekly, Monthly, and Annual Pro subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes payments, taxes, subscription management, cancellations, and refunds under Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy.

You may cancel through Paddle's customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future renewal charges.

Availability and termination

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material Terms violation, non-payment, fraud, security risk, or repeated abuse. Saved trips may remain available in read-only form where supported.
